Christmas Retail for Cafés and Roasteries: What to Stock in 2026
December brings more people through your door than any other month, and plenty of them are looking for gifts. They already trust your coffee. A well-chosen shelf of brewing kit turns that trust into extra spend per visit and into customers who come back in January for beans and filter papers.
This guide pulls together what we've learned supplying cafés, roasteries and independent shops across the UK and Ireland.
What should a café stock for Christmas?
Think in three tiers rather than one long list. Each tier has a job. The add-on lifts the till total. The core gift is the one most people buy. The hero piece gives your shelf authority, even if it only sells in ones and twos.
Tier 1: Add-ons and Stocking Fillers
- Hario x Project Waterfall V60 Dripper (Size 02) – a gift with a story. Every sale supports clean-water projects in coffee-growing communities.
- Hario x Project Waterfall V60 Filter Papers (100 pack) – the easiest till-point add-on you can stock, and a reason to come back.
- Hario V60 Drip Kettle AIR – a lightweight gooseneck kettle at an entry price.
- AeroPress Micro Filter Papers (350 pack) – the refill every AeroPress owner needs.
- Loveramics Bond Coffee Mug (300 ml) – stocked in more than ten colours, so you can match your own branding.
- TOPL Flow360° Reusable Cup (8oz) – a reusable cup that suits your takeaway regulars as well as gift buyers.
- Loveramics Boram Um Tasting Cups and Mikael Jasin Tasting Cups – cups co-designed with the 2023 and 2024 World Barista Champions, available in 80, 120 and 200 ml.
Tier 2: Core Gifts
- AeroPress Original and AeroPress Clear (Purple) or Red – simple, forgiving and easy to explain.
- AeroPress Go – packs away inside its own mug.
- Hario Skerton N + V60 Drip Kettle AIR Bundle
- Hario V60 Drip Decanter (700 ml)
- Hario Polaris Coffee Scale
- Hario Matcha Collection Tea Set (Pink) and Green
- Wilfa Zense Coffee Grinder
- New: Hario V60 Suiren and Black & White
- New: Hario Barista Glass Scale and White
- New: Hario PRO Coffee SS Grinder
